Digital & Downloadable Products

• Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, digital products (such as workout plans, guides, or software) will be delivered immediately via an on-screen download link and an automated email to the address provided at checkout.

• Timing: Usually instant, but please allow up to 2 hours for delivery emails to arrive. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.

Physical Products (If applicable)

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Times & Costs: Shipping options and delivery windows will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

Digital & Downloadable Products

• The Rule: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been emailed.

• Exceptions: If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your product, please email us so we can resolve the issue or provide an alternative link.

Physical Products (If applicable)

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
